Do you prepare the apartment for solar power and an inverter?

Yes. We install the wiring, breakers and cable routes during the finishing work, and build a cabinet that safely hides the batteries and the inverter. Planning the insulation and the pre-wiring early allows a smaller, cheaper system later, so you don't buy more capacity than you need.

Yes, and it is written in the contract: one year on paint and finishes, and two years on waterproofing and pipework. Anything covered by the warranty is fixed free of charge.
